This guy is suspected of no less than 14 robberies on the subway. His MO is to show a knife, or gesture as if he has a gun, then confiscate valuables and demand PIN numbers for the cards. So far he works mostly uptown and in The Bronx.
He pulled his first job on January 5 on the southbound B, fleeing at 135th Street. Then, on April 2, he repeated on the southbound A, debarking at Dyckman Street. Five more robberies followed, including June 7 in which he punched his uncooperative female victim in the face. He resumed his spree in June, and last struck on August 14 on the F at 169th Street and Hillside Avenue. He’s thought to be 20-25 years old, 6’1″ to 6’2″ tall, medium build, black hair.
