New York mag’s Rob and Robin got the the city foaming at its collective mouth with their Fall restaurant preview earlier this week. Today, they all but offer a drool cup to fans of April Bloomfield with an even more detailed look at The Spotted Pig chef’s newest project, the Breslin. There’s renderings of the space (wood, bar stools, lots of nooks and crannies), and promises of lots of meat, lots of wine under $100, and no reservations whatsoever for its 130 seats. The restaurant’s designer describes it as “a real pub,” albeit one whose booths have buttons for summoning waiters.
