Beyond the Breslin: April Bloomfield is Thinking Tea, Bakeries, Cookbook

Though we’re still digesting the countless details being divulged in advance of the Breslin’s imminent opening, April Bloomfield is already thinking of what’s next. In an interview with GQ UK, she tells the magazine that “I really want to open a bakery or a teahouse. I always wanted to write
a cookbook – I’ll probably do a Pig and a Dory – and do a very
personal one. Somebody suggested I do a CD to cook to. But Jamie
Oliver’s already done that!”
