Fergus Henderson Will Return for an Offal Lot of Fun


The Feedbag has announced the imminent return of Fergus Henderson, the offal-loving British chef who created a frenzy last fall when he came to town to cook dinner at Momofuku Noodle Bar. This year’s FergusStock will take place at the Spotted Pig on October 15, followed by a dinner the next night at The Breslin, and will wrap up the next day with “Fergus’ Hangover Brunch” at the Ace Hotel lobby restaurant. If last year’s Momofuku menu is any indication — it featured fried lamb’s brains, warm pig’s head and bean salad, and grilled chitterlings — this year’s festival will undoubtedly be the organ recital to end all organ recitals.
