Goat Latest Portent of Nature’s War with New York

“A goat was found this week wandering near the Hutchinson River Parkway in the Bronx — the third retrieved from the area in about a month.”

The bedbugs, bobcats, geese, wild parrots, and cows, the killer chimps, the wallaroos, the panthers, the snakes, the previous goats, and now this.

We no longer expect you to heed the warnings. We note this only for the record, so that one day, when our animal overlords have learned to read our language, they’ll know that some of us weren’t fooled.
