This Dublin-based coed acoustic guitar duo consists of Mexican metalheads who excel at Latin-flavored classical guitar. They still proudly declare their rock and metal origins with covers of Metallica’s “Orion” and a non-cheesy, tasteful reinterpretation of Zep’s “Stairway to Heaven.” Even though the cover-less frenetic forthcoming album 11:11 may lack any flamenco-ized metal classics, it’s still heartily infused with the spirit of headbanging—and yet, any/all lovers of acoustic guitar will adore this band.
