Sara Jenkins Heading Uptown for a Night


Sara Jenkins will take a turn behind the burners at Txikito on September 28. The Porchetta chef will be cooking a five-course pasta dinner as part of the restaurant’s Txoko Monday series. Txokos, or Sociedades Gastronomica, are private dining clubs; there are more than 200 scattered throughout the Basque Country, the region that inspired Txikito’s menu. The cost of Jenkins’ dinner is $65, and reservations for the single seating can be made by calling the restaurant
