Another Reason to Roast a Pig

Il Buco is celebrating its 15th anniversary this Sunday by doing what seems to come most naturally to chefs these days: roasting a 200-pound Crossabaw pig, courtesy of Bev Eggleston’s EcoFriendly Foods. The roast will be held on the sidewalk from 1 to 8 p.m.; tickets are $20.
