Daniel Boulud may hail from France’s gastronomical capital of Lyon, but he made his name here in New York with such revolutionary restaurants as DANIEL, Cafe Boulud, and DB Bistro Moderne. A new documentary tracing Boulud’s path from his family’s farm to Manhattan will be presented by NYU’s Maison Francaise, followed by a conversation between the chef and French Culinary Institute CEO Dorothy Cann Hamilton.

Savor four courses, each accompanied by a cocktail made with Brazil’s pure cane spirit, such as Buttery Lemongrass Lobster paired with a Leblon Caipirinha.
