‘Ingredients’ Documentary Is All About Local Food

In Ingredients, writer and director Robert Bates takes a look at the growing local food movement through interviews with small farmers and chefs who insist on local, seasonal ingredients. The cast is Oregon-heavy, but New York’s own Peter Hoffman of Savoy and Back Forty makes an appearance in the documentary. Ingredients will be screened at the New York United Film Festival on October 11.
