Has David Letterman apologized enough for his ill-advised transgressions in bedding staff members?
Well, on his show last night, the late-night icon apologized to his wife Regina, who’s “horribly hurt” — and one can only hope he begged forgiveness from her in person too.
He also took pains to apologize to his staff for putting them in that position. (Meaning what — the missionary position?)
In fact, he’s apologized to virtually everyone on earth by now except the alleged extortionist, to whom he should probably say, “I’m sorry I sent you a bad check.”
So are you convinced that Dave’s all contrite and reformed now? Or are you anxious to get a job under him, as it were, so you can work up a meaty, as it were, lawsuit?
