At the Greenmarket: Brussels Sprouts, Root Vegetables

Brussels sprouts herald fall at the Greenmarket. Today, several farms at Union Square are offering the delicious cruciferous vegetables. Cut them in half, toss with a glug of extra-virgin olive oil and salt and roast them at 400 degree until caramelized. There’s nothing better than that.
