Dickson’s Farmstand Meats Now Open, Apparently

The wait for grass-fed, locally sourced, unequivocally responsible beef, pork, and lamb in the Chelsea Market is apparently over: According to its website, Dickson’s Farmstand Meats is “officially open for business” as of yesterday at noon. The Dickson’s website doesn’t yet list a number for the store, but does inform potential customers that poultry, charcuterie, and sausages are all “on the way.”
