Ardesia Officially Open

Ardesia, the Hell’s Kitchen wine bar conceived by Eric Ripert’s Director of Strategic Partnerships, Mandy Oser, officially opened last night. The bar features “mineral-driven” by-the-glass offerings for $15 or less, and a bar snacks menu by former El Quinto Pino chef, Amorette Casaus. Expect homemade charcuterie and a selection of cheeses, as well as house-cured duck banh mi, homemade pretzels with Dijon, and cheese fondue.
