The Queens fire that killed sexual-harassment plaintiff Bianca Kuros last weekend is no longer considered suspicious. Now FDNY investigators, and the NYPD too, will turn their attention to a new fire, in East New York at 395 Warwick Avenue, in the ruins of which a dead man was found tied up. More than 100 firefighters were called to the scene early this morning, and the flames spread to a neighboring house before the conflagration was subdued. The corpse of the unidentified man was badly burned but a cause of death has not yet been determined.
