This showcase seems custom-made for people suffering ADHD, since it contains a motley crew of psychedelic, spaz-core, and garage bands (some playing all of those at the same time) who are connected only by a booking agent. Among the highlights, An Albatross create creepy, convulsive carnival music, which matches their colorful imagery. Lovvers play criminally catchy rock-rock. Dark Meat attack hippy-dippy pseudo jams from behind and smother them with torn-speaker rock freakouts. And Turbo Fruits is the new project from ex-Be Your Own Pet member Jonas Stein and features all the guitar and vocal hooks that made that band good. With Flexions, zZz, and Jeff: The Brotherhood.
