Everyone knows by now that Tiny Tim, who died in 1996, was as much a uniquely quirky and extremely knowledgeable portal to the strange delights of early 20th Century songdom as he was a made-for-TV weirdo. Celebrate the legend at this tribute pegged to the posthumous release of Mr. Tim’s I’ve Never Seen a Straight Banana. The album was recorded on the fly in 1976 by former Bongos frontman Richard Barone, who will introduce artists and Tiny Tim fans including Terre Roche, Jenni Muldaur, Gary Lucas, Joe McGinty, and the inimitable Joe Franklin at this multimedia love fest.
