Today is Veterans Day, The traditional parade starts at 11 a.m. and runs from 23rd to 57th Street along Fifth Avenue; it will include the famous Navajo Code Talkers of World War II and a dramatic flyover. The parade is still the nation’s largest and includes performers from all over the area, including the Sussex Tech Raven Nation Marching Band. There are also ceremonies in Staten Island.
