Canstruction — A Society for Design Administration charity competition to build sculptures out of full cans of food. At the end, the cans, along with any full cans of food you bring with you, are donated to City Harvest.

Vampires who are not sparkly and dripping with hair product Weekend at the Paley Center.

Pop-up books at Books of Wonder.

DIY Design Day — sewing and printing lessons and refreshments. Free, but they’re selling materials to benefit local nonprofits.
