Saul’s $80 Feast menu features squid ink spaghetti with sea urchin and tomato emulsion, Maine diver scallop sopressata with white beans, ravioli di porcini, and risotto a la Milanaise. Patsy’s $59.95 prix-fixe menu includes a choice of calamari or baccala salad, a half-order of linguini with frutti di mare sauce, and a choice of shrimp scampi, stuffed calamari, shrimp fra diavolo, or tilapia Livornese. For dessert, it’s the house strufoli (honey balls) or biscotti.
