Wall & Water has opened in the new David Rockwell-designed Andaz Wall Street hotel, helmed by Chef Maximo Lopez May from Buenos Aires, who says he will aim to source his ingredients from the Hudson Valley.
The one Group’s steakhouse, STK Midtown, will open a 9,000-square-foot restaurant with outdoor space and a takeout kiosk in the Grace Building by Bryant Park. Todd Mark Miller will head up the kitchen.
