Tabla’s Officially Got a New Menu


After maintaining separate menus for the past 11 years, Tabla and Bread Bar now have joint custody of only one.

The new menu includes a greater profusion of smaller plates and ‘family-style’ dining options; as on Floyd Cardoz’s previous menu — much of which remains intact — there are sections dedicated to naan, chutneys, and raw seafood like bruleed hamachi sashimi with olives, hearts of palm, and orange chutney . The new menu is pretty much we’ve been expecting since Cardoz explained it to us in late October; it can be viewed on the restaurant’s newly redesigned website.
