The Coyi Cafe on Avenue B Increases City’s Banh Mi Trafficking

In banh mi news quite unrelated to the sordid events unfolding in Brooklyn, the Coyi Cafe has opened on Avenue B.

Located between 3rd and 4th Streets, the cafe promises banh mi sandwiches and a $7.50 half-sandwich half-soup deal, as well as coffee. As we only did a walk-by this morning, we can’t attest to the quality of the sandwiches, but with its closest competitor, Nicky’s, being one block south and an entire avenue away, we’ll hold out hope for peaceful co-existence.
