Hey, New York Times! Thanks for the Shout-Out!


Just as imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, ignorance is truly bliss. Or at least that’s the conclusion we’re forced to draw from the Times‘ travel blog, which has an apparently new section called, yes, A Fork in the Road.

We can sympathize with the relative dearth of witty, concise food-related names available these days, to say nothing of the even more sobering lack of witty, concise names one can apply to the combined category of food and travel. But come on, guys, do your homework. There’s really not even that much homework to do. Or better yet, when you’re huddled in your conference room, chewing over catchy titles, borrow a page from Robert Frost and take the road less traveled.
