Winter Jam NYC 2010 The Parks Department spent the week filling Central Park up with artificial snow, and today from 11 to 4 you get to use it (and the real snow that’s falling on top of it). Snowboarding, skiing, snowboarding and skiing lessons, slap shot practice, a farmer’s market and (why not, just this once you can be pretty sure it’s clean) snow angels.
