Olana’s Albert Di Meglio Moonlighting at Trump Soho Hotel; How to Alienate Viewers: Recommend Cat Casserole


Albert Di Meglio, the chef-owner of Olana, has not been getting paid since the restaurant filed Chapter 11 last year, and has, in the meantime, been working at the new Trump Soho hotel.

Bruce Buschel says “negotiations came to a grinding halt” with the two chefs, Jason Weiner and Eric Lemonides, he was courting for his restaurant. He now has his heart set on Rick Moonen of RM Seafood in Las Vegas.
