Thanks to the likes of Jus-Ed, deep house has returned, priming us for a visit from one of the genre’s legends. As Mr. Fingers or (with Robert Owen) Fingers, Inc., Chicago’s Larry Heard produced the ’80s tracks that defined house, literally. His masterpiece, “Can You Feel It?” features the “In the beginning there was Jack. . . let there be house” monologue that introduced a generation to house as a spiritual, communal force. Tonight’s set is guaranteed to feel as alive as that record did back when. With residents Eamon Harkin and Justin Carter.
