As you get ready to see who will take Best Picture at this year’s Academy Awards, Delmonico’s is offering a special menu inspired by the film Julie & Julia. Chef Bill Oliva will prepare three of Julia Child’s most iconic recipes — Beef Bourguignon, Lobster Thermidor, and Duck a L’Orange — sure to give you a touch of Oscar fever.

February is over, but there are a few weeks yet until spring finally arrives. Chef Daniel Angerer wants to help you battle the final days of winter blues with a seasonally transitional menu, featuring Mangalitsa Bruschetta, Olympic Salmon and steamed spinach, and Sweet Chocolate and Pear Pizza for dessert — all for $48.

Great Pinot Noir can be found in Burgundy, Oregon, and California. Chef Saul Bolton has put together a three-course dinner for $125 to be paired with three wines made with the thin-skinned red grape. Wine expert Tony DiDio will walk guests through the pairing.
