Chile’s Dandy Jack puts out his own records for German heavyweights such as Perlon when he isn’t collaborating with Ricardo Villalobos (Ric y Martin), Tobias Freunde (Sieg uber die Sonne), and others, but his most unique performances happen alongside Switzerland’s Sonja Moonear. As Junction SM, he handles the live electronics while she spins records. The result is one of minimalism’s greatest charms, drawing on the sounds of Latin America, the Middle East and Berlin to improvise something that’s as pleasurable as it is skronky. With residents Taimur and Fahad.
