Even with the over-exposure of their tunes on TV shows, it’s hard to hate these lithe West Coast power poppers, specifically Zach Rogue’s soaring voice and tunes—just try to come in contact with “Lake Michigan” and not swoon. Though they may never top the effervescent beauty of 2005’s “Descended Like Vultures,” they have a pretty nice set of runner-ups to compensate, including their three-years-in-the-making fourth album that’s coming out now.
