Matthew Roff of Franklin Park has expanded the Crown Heights beer garden with Dutch Boy Burger, serving seven-ounce burgers and Blue Marble ice cream milkshakes.

The owners of Gama at 12 St. Marks Place, which has been closed, have now reopened the place as Hirai Mong Fusion Bar and Restaurant.

The Lizarran tapas chain has set up its first New York location in the old Cendrillon space. Pintxos include Basque chistorra sausage and Andalusian fried squid.

Another chain, Kyochon, which boasts more than 1,000 Korean fried chicken restaurants, is launching its American flagship not far from the bustle of Koreatown’s main drag.
