Hey, there’s some flora in my drink! No worries: the botanicals in spirits like gin and absinthe are what define your drink’s flavor profile. Learn how plants, herbs, and spices affect distillation and taste, while you mix cocktails of your own at this $75 session. The Cocktail Guru, Jonathan Pogash, will lead you through the shaking and stirring.

It’s the answer you always wanted to hear: how do you beat sugar cravings? Why, with pizza, of course. For $35, join health coach Robyn Youkilis for a sweet workshop on how to get the best of your pesky sweet tooth as you munch on your favorite Slice slice and sip a glass of New York-state wine or bottle of craft beer.
