Police Seeking Man in Connection With Brooklyn Shooting (Video)

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred at 4:41 p.m. on Friday, April 9, at 721 Jefferson Avenue in Brooklyn. The suspect approached the victim, a 35-year-old man, displayed a semiautomatic firearm, shot him in the leg, and fled the scene on foot. The victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

The suspect is a black male, five foot seven, 140 pounds. He was wearing a Yankees hat. Police have shared surveillance video:
