David Feimster, the chef who helped open The Ainsworth last fall and left the restaurant earlier this year, is now working on a new venture. He and partner Tim Campbell have introduced Chef Pak, a backpack designed for chefs. The website proclaims it “a high-value, sporty backpack that can easily accommodate all the needs of a chef or culinary student.” Each Pak comes equipped with a customized knife case and pockets for cooking tools, chef uniforms, and first-aid kit. A bargain compared to Jim Meehan’s $660 bartender bag, it retails for $99.
