Eric Korsh has been enlisted to take over the kitchen at Waverly Inn while John DeLucie is on leave opening The Lion. Korsh has had stints at Prune and Patroon, and was the chef-owner of the now-defunct Eloise in Sebastopol, California.
Chris Lukic, formerly of Fig and Olive, has left New York to work at Homestead Restaurant in Homer, Alaska, a gig he found on Craigslist.
