Blue Water Grill Goes Tiki; Coffee Liqueurs Make a Splash


Eben Klemm, the head mixologist for B.R. Guest Restaurants, which owns Dos Caminos and Blue Water Grill, is trying out “tiki-inspired” tropical drinks for the summer, as well as cocktails made with Riesling.

Hennessy is launching a new lighter Cognac called Hennessy Black, meant to be mixed in cocktails rather than sipped on its own. It retails for $40, compared with $30 for the VS.

Following a death, concerns have been raised over a series of giant public cocktail parties organized via Facebook in France called “apéros géants” (giant cocktail hours).
