Even if BP isn’t doing much to help the countless Gulf Coast fishermen they screwed over, that doesn’t mean we can’t. Starting tonight and going through Saturday, restaurants across the country will participate in Dine Out for the Gulf Coast. Participating restaurants will donate a portion their proceeds to the Gulf Coast Oil Spill Fund, which will benefit those directly affected by the oil spill. Macao Trading Co. is extending its participation until June 17; Michael’s, DBGB, Bar Boulud, Blue Ribbon Soho and Brooklyn, and Print are also participating. More information can be found here.
