Hey, if a hotel can have a farmers’ market, then a science museum isn’t much of a stretch (and leaves a less funny taste in the mouth). The Science Farmers Market, located at the New York Hall of Science in Queens, kicks off June 20 and returns every Sunday until November 14.
The focus is less on hip handmade snacks and more on fresh produce from local farms. The market is in its fourth consecutive year, and will now accept food stamps.
