But do you always believe all those commercials for Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig?
Do you ever become possessed by unreasonable cynicism and starting thinking either:
(a) These stars are exaggerating about how fat they were before the change and how thin they are after it?
(b) If they did lose a ton of weight, they must have used means other than just calorie counting and a bunch of situps.
Stomach stapling, anyone?
Or should I just staple my mouth?
