CHOW Wants Your Help in Looking for Innovation

Tough job, but somebody’s got to do it: Beginning July 1, two CHOW editors will be spending three weeks traveling through Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York in search of “deliciousness with a twist: innovation.” They’re looking for assistance in their travels, asking readers where they’d go to “experience creativity or originality, if given the budget and the time.” Given that nobody in New York seems to have time to do much of anything, and that “budget” is wildly relative — as are creativity and originality — one assumes New Yorkers will have plenty of suggestions.
