Today brings excellent news for fans of Bouchon’s monolithic and life-altering Nutter Butter: Thomas Keller will open a second location of the bakery in Rockefeller Center. Flo Fab reports that it will replace Dean & DeLuca and have 45 outdoor tables and no waiter service. Like its older sibling in the Time Warner Center, the Rockefeller Bouchon will serve pastries baked in-house, under the supervision of current pastry chef Sébastien Rouxel; Tiffany Jones will serve as chef de cuisine of savory items, just as she does at the Time Warner location.
