Living Breathing Organ Summer, the latest from Detroit-based ADD punks Child Bite, actually eases up a bit on the wacko gas pedal, taking the combo’s noisy extremism and flights of intruding sax, organ, and home game system joysticks to a place that occasionally resembles maturity. That’s only natural. Over the last few years, Child Bite has toured and played hard in support of a handful of albums and 7″, and that dedication to their craft—as frantic and unbound as it is—is reflected in the tumult of Organ Summer. Open wide. With Buck Gooter and Shingles.
