The Working Men celebrated four decades of mechanically precise, nasal, Canadian prog-rock a few years ago, and, as such, have become the subject of a well-received documentary, Rush: Beyond the Lighted Stage (directed by actual Canadians), which recently aired on VH1. Of course, tonight is all about the lighted stage, and the band has likely planned an evening of hits, 10-minute drum solos and, if we’re lucky, a preview of their forthcoming album, Clockwork Angels. If we’re really lucky, maybe Geddy Lee will explain what a “clockwork angel” is.
