Her seventh installment, “Nose to Tail,” might please food nerds who moonlight as crossword nerds: It entails (ho!) hints like “gourmet glands, often poached in milk,” and “haggis ingredient.” It’s not for the weak of stomach, which is perhaps why 10 Across is “tummy trouble.”
