Just weeks after Beny’s Delice opened on Fulton Street in Clinton Hill, the neighborhood welcomes another French newcomer, Mago Crepes & Delices, which opened on Grand Street this past Monday. The narrow space, formerly occupied by Brown Betty, turns out sweet and savory crepes, made from local and organic ingredients. Jacques Torres chocolate and Gimme! coffee are used. Crepes range from $5 to $9 and include varieties like classic ham and cheese, and spicy merguez, roasted vegetables, and Swiss. It sits kitty-corner from the newly opened Fulton Grand Bar, where patrons are welcome to bring in food from outside.
