Perhaps taking a page from Ma Peche, Blue Smoke has opened a bakeshop right near its entrance. According to an email from the restaurant’s reps, pastry chef Jenn Giblin’s down-home desserts will be available for purchase from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week. The menu promises such delights as bourbon pecan pie, double-fudge brownie bars, raisin-fennel bread, and cheddar-black pepper biscuits.
