We know a lot of Brooklynites are slightly snobby when it comes to food, but it’s only because we expect the very best in fine cuisine—or messy food-for-all parties. Snout ’N Stout is just that: a party where food lovers can rejoice with great food, craft beers, and friends. All the food will be courtesy of Woody’s Pig Roast, featuring a whole hog with three sauces (barbecue, pineapple teriyaki, and Cuban mojo), cole slaw, potato salad, Caesar salad, and fruit salad—now that’s a menu. And because this is a party produced by the cool people of MeanRed, that means excellent music as well (by DJ Cowboy Mark of Kill Devil Hill). And no judging when it comes to getting seconds.
