Now that he’s ensconced at Harvard, Ferran Adrià seems to be in a more virtual frame of mind. According to the Guardian, Adrià recently told a group of students that once his kitchen laboratory — the one that’s replacing El Bulli in 2014 — is up and running, he’ll post daily recipes online. The chef told the Spanish press that he’s developing a “social networking site of culinary creativity”; seeing as how he’s already got 40,747 Facebook fans, it appears he already knows a thing or two about the Interweb.
