Along with South Brooklyn Pizza’s expansion to the outskirts of Boerum Hill, Brooklyn is about to get a big ground beef infusion, courtesy of Smashburger. The Real Deal reports that the chain is currently hunting for spaces “between roughly 1,500 square feet and 2,000 square feet in size” in the borough. The chain, whose Twitter feed proudly proclaims that “we are open in 17 states across the country,” specializes in custom burgers. As the above video demonstrates, they are apparently enjoyed by motorcycle riders and ladies in assless chaps.
