David Coleman ‘Out’ at Tocqueville; Craig Hopson ‘In’ at Tolani


Tocqueville is getting a new chef de cuisine. David Coleman left the restaurant and Gregory Vernick, a Jean Georges and Per Se alum, is taking over.

Pranna is getting a new menu designed by its fourth chef in less than two years of operation. Keith Kornfeld’s vision is “food focused only.”

David Chang offered a teaser on his new cookbook, which will be organized by ingredient and feel like “looking at photos” of old friends.

Craig Hopson, the executive chef at Le Cirque, is the consulting chef at Tolani, an “International Wine Restaurant” coming to the Upper West Side.
